connect to an AWS EC2 Instance using putty

Hi Everyone ,

This blog is about how to connect to AWS EC2 .

You can connect to an EC2 instance using Putty .
All you need is a pem  file which you can download .
Open puttygen and upload the pem file to generate a ppk file .

Now using this ppk file as a private key login to your EC2 instance .

You may face this error while working with Spring Controllers .

Lets look at the code which caused this error :

return ResponseEntity.ok()
           .contentType( MediaType.valueOf( resp.getFileType() ))

follows 

You can see  a call is made to method valueOf of MediaType . If the value passed in not a valid mime type , we will face this error
